The breakfast was delicious. Fresh and tasty with many option. Especially loved the hot milk for my coffee.

Carpet was a bit worn and had a stain in the room, but room otherwise was very clean.

The staff tried hard.

No restaurant (under renovation) and therefore no breakfast. Photos totally exaggerated; don't lie to people! Walls paper-thin. I will not stay here again.

Room was good and comfortable and accomodated the 3 of us quite comfortably, the location is quite good close to Soi 11 and the BTS is not far either, the hotel does have a shuttle that runs occasionally. The breakfast was basic, nothing exciting.

The breakfast could have been better, the lobby could have been a bit more welcoming.

Everything was great during our stay.

Very nice Hotel, clean rooms and breakfast buffet was nice. You can get Airport transport services from the hotel itself for a reasonable price. Also there are some other tour packages as well you can choose if you want to go sight seeing. There are supermarkets and seven eleven close by as well.

The road in front of the hotel is not fit for walking. The breakfast is very basic

Very courteous and well mannered personal. Jorm was especially very accommodating to us asking everyday if we needed anything. He very nice person.

Location very close to Bumrungrad. Beds very comfy. Staff friendly and professional ??.

The refrigerator not working properly and the TV a bit old model (not Smart TV) with a very limited channel selection.

Location: 10 minutes walk from Nana BTS train station, many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery shop, money exchange & hospital. Terminal 21 Mall is just one station from Nana BTS.Lively location specifically in the evening.Property: spacious room, clean, well maintained, WiFi strong connection, big TV and bathroom amenities. Breakfast selection is ok, they have free transport Tuktuk from hotel to Nana BTS train station. Corridor in 3rd floor well maintained also. Sleepers is too thin might change with thicker one so more comfy to wear it.Staff professional and friendly.

The hotel itself is great, buffet food is nice and staff is very friendly.

The location isn’t in the most convenient area, about a 15 minute walk to the Main Street where the action is, same with the train station. Street you’ll have to navigate gets real busy most of the day and it’s not the safest to walk on. If this hotel was located close to a train station and the road wasn’t such a gamble I’d say this is solid place to stay. Again not bad but not the most convenient.

The location is amazing for the Bumrungrad Hospital and shopping

The rooms are thoroughly cleaned everyday. The lobby could use some up keep.The best part is the staff. Very cordial, welcoming and helpful.

Windows not closed well so I heard noses and loud music from outside in the weekend days Some cleaners were talking loud near rooms early morning sometimes

Lots of smokers in a non smoking hotel. Smoke came through the AC system. Rough night. Not restful at all before a long overseas trip.
